Cannonball Endorsement
On 18th June 2008 I played a concert in Cape Town, South Africa at the Belville Civic Centre.
During the sound check I was approached by Winston Cogill and Anthea Jacobs
of 'Windsong', the South African distributors for 'Cannonball Saxophones'.
Asked if I would try out a Cannonball Alto to see how it compared with mine I readily agreed.
I was astounded at the ease at which the Horn blew and how great it looked
with its black and silver design. I was already aware that Gerald Albright,
one of my all time favourite sax players uses Cannonball, so I was eager to
try it out. I took the horn onstage and ended up playing the whole concert on it.

As it happened, once I'd started playing this horn I didn't really want to
let it out of my hands, but little did I know, during the show, 'Windsong'
had contacted my management in order to find out if I would be prepared to
endorse these wonderful instruments. I had no hesitation! At the end of the evening I was presented with a set of new Cannonball Saxes
comprising of straight Soprano, curved Soprano, Alto and Tenor.

| The Andrew Young Signature Series is currently being prepared for production
and I look forward to a long and exciting partnership.
